RAS Consulting stands for objectivity and no-nonsense consulting for customers who are really interested in problem solving. Therefore our target is to find solutions in areas where others may fail, where cultural differences are detrimental to increased efficiency and effectiveness. Not that we do not value company culture. On the contrary. We are convinced that it has a major impact on business success. Adapting, changing and developing a single strong company culture is the single most important prerequisite in preventing damaging inter-company conflicts between competing organization units. As consultants we have witnessed such conflicts more than once, and therefore make it our goal to prevent them from occurring.
